Long time no blog thanks to some terrible hackers that totally wrecked my site! Thank goodness for a new hosting company and knowledgable folks! We are back on track for now and I am excited to be back sharing our weekly meal plans! For those of you new around here, I share about 5 recipes that I am planning for the week. I typically do not plan more than that to factor in eating out and eating leftovers. While I love to cook most days, you will find that I share recipes that are pretty simple and do not involve a ton of ingredients. With tank of gas costing the same as groceries used to, we all could use as much help as possible! Don’t forget to follow along with my Weekly Meal Plan board on Pinterest as well!

Baked sesame-ginger salmon
Again, if you aren’t into seafood you may not like me very much the next few weeks. I just think summer is a great time to incorporate it and get those much needed omegas! This is a simple and delicious way to cook salmon. Pair it with rice, steamed veggies or a salad: Baked Sesame-Ginger Salmon
my tried and true sloppy joes
Sometimes you just need a good comfort food and sloppy joes always do the trick! Pair these with chips or serve it over a baked sweet potato to change things up: Sloppy Joes
