If you are looking for a way to stretch your budget with your groceries, buying pork chops is a good way to do it. The problem is, I have struggled with finding pork chop recipes that I really enjoy. It seems that most of them leave the meat dry and tough. If you have kids you know that this is not going to go over well with them! I finally found a recipe that really works well when you are working with pork chops. The best news is that it is a slow cooker recipe from Ninja! Even if you don’t have a Ninja Cooking system you can accomplish this recipe in your slow cooker. Your pork chops will come out moist and very flavorful. Both boys ate them up!

Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe. We eat pork chops about every month or so and just bought some yesterday while at the grocery store. We actually have a Ninja Cooking System and use it often. My favorite meal that I make in the Ninja is Pizza Pasta with Pepperoni. YUM!
I bought the supplies for the Pizza Pasta and never made it! I think we ended up using it for home made pizza. Sounds good!
I don’t have the Ninja but I hear such good things about it! This recipe looks good (I especially like the orange/lemon zest combo in it), thanks for sharing.
Yes! The Ninja is awesome! But, this recipe would work in your traditional slow cooker as well.
This is awesome…I just bought some boneless pork chops and was wondering what new recipe I could try out…I’ve never tried anything like this!
I will have to try this out. I haven’t ate much pork in my life, but when I do I use Leeks and Apples! This sounds a little good, except without the orange zest..yuck!
If you make it let me know what you think!
