Halloween is next week and as much as we love books we really love themes.  Ok, so maybe I just love themes.  Anyway, I like to find books that go along with the seasons and the more fun the pictures the better!  This year, the boys and I are really enjoying The Monsterator by Keith Graves.  

This hardcover book will take you on a journey with Edgar Dreadbury who is tired of the same old Halloween costumes.  When he decides he wants to be something a bit more scary, he stumbles upon a machine that turns him into a monster!  Go on a journey with him as he goes on his way scaring everyone from here to there!  Don’t worry, my 4 year old enjoys this if you are worried about the “scare factor”.

Our favorite part is the end where you can create different types of monsters by mixing and matching the flaps.  Pick up The Monsterator for about $14.
