Cranberry Stuffed Sweet Potatoes #KraftRecipes

When you mention Thanksgiving a host of memories flood my mind.  Most of them revolve around family and food and all are welcomed!  How many of you would say you have must-have Thanksgiving recipes?  I know that there a few non-negotiables when it comes to our family Thanksgiving that involve ideas from mine and my husband’s childhood.  Then you combine all of the family that brings various side dishes and it is something like heaven on Earth in the from of a sensory explosion and feast!

Three of my must-have menu items are stuffing, cranberries and sweet potatoes.  It doesn’t really matter what form they are in, but I need them to make an appearance.  So, this month when KRAFT asked me about my favorite Thanksgiving dishes and to create a fun new one, I wanted to combine my three loves into one!  I think the end result makes for a beautiful table spread as well as a hearty side dish to compliment your turkey.  This is a semi-homemade recipe as well which means it will save you loads of time in the end.  I definitely rely upon a few semi-homemade concoctions during Thanksgiving just for my own sanity!  After all, family is what Thanksgiving is all about and I want to make sure to still have time left over to enjoy with my loved ones.

The longest part about these Cranberry Stuffed Sweet Potatoes are cooking the actual potatoes.  Everything else is finished in a matter of minutes!  So, you could pop the sweet potatoes in the oven and move on to other recipes you have in the lineup.  You also need very few ingredients in order to create these.  As a matter of fact, you only need 5!  Here’s to a stress-free Thanksgiving for us all!  Make sure to check out the KRAFT website for even more stuffing recipes.

Those look really good. I’ll have to try making them sometime soon, possibly for Thanksgiving.
