We had our annual apple picking adventure this past weekend. I think we found the perfect weekend to go since the crops were earlier this year (mild winter). Graham really got into it this year and searched for the prettiest apples he could find. They will now be filling his lunch box in various forms. Oh, and that foot picture, Graham decided it would be fun. I love those little piggies!

So fun! We had planned to go this Saturday, but we are supposed to get rain from the hurricane now 🙁 This would be Abby’s first time apple picking.

That does look like fun! Wish those places were a bit closer to us, we’d def go. Just not sure about driving 6 hours or more…? Maybe have to try at least once! 🙂
Love the boys with the wagon picture!!!!

The drought has been so bad that our favorite orchard won’t be open this year 🙁 We’re going to have to look for another one nearby.

Oh I’m kind of jealous. I so want to go to the apple picking festival in Ellijay. We have just one tree at my Mamas. Looks/sounds like so much fun and mmm the apple treats later from all of those apples.

Looks like a great time picking apples. Our local orchard did not have a crop this year do to the drought. They are trucking in apples for the fall fest.

Awww, this brings back memories! I used to pick apples from our own trees growing up…and every so often go to an orchard. Haven’t been in a long time, but this post is giving me some inspiration! 🙂

We’ve got a ton of apple trees in our yard. I wish we had honeycrisp, such a sweet one! It’s always such a fun family activity!
