What’s for Dinner this Week? Feb 28- Mar 6

February 27, 2022 by Felicia

Who loves a good one pot dinner? This girl surely does and that is why I am excited about one of the recipes that a co-worker shared with me. She said it was really good and the lemon helped with the flavor. Oh man, I just typed that and realized I forgot to buy a lemon at the store today! Too bad you can’t borrow lemons from neighbors as easily as an egg or sugar.

Make sure to follow me on Pinterest in order to have all of these weekly recipes at your fingertips. I also like to share my capsule wardrobe there. Anything to keep it simple!

ONE POT LEMON HERB CHICKEN AND RICE

This looks so good and comes highly recommended! A one pot meal is always a good plan on busy weeks. Not to mention, less to clean! ONE POT LEMON HERB CHICKEN AND RICE RECIPE

CROCK POT BEEF AND NOODLES

Here is my slow cooker meal of the week. I typically do these on Wednesdays due to church, but I always like to have at least one per week. CROCK POT BEEF AND NOODLES

INSTANT POT THAI CHICKEN RICE BOWLS

I really do love Thai food. I think simple recipes like this are easy for the family as well. Not to mention, there are very little allergens. INSTANT POT THAI CHICKEN RICE BOWLS

TACOS

I finally did it. I added tacos back and I am happy about it! I think the boys have had enough of a break from them. I do not do anything fancy with these. I buy the taco kits, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and call it a day! You need something fancier? You got it! MEXICAN SHREDDED BEEF TACOS

CHICK-FIL-A OR LEFTOVERS

Your girl is tired! It is the craziest time of year at work and so I already know that I will either cook the leftover spaghetti with meatballs, salmon cakes from salmon in the cabinet or grab some Chick-Fil-A. Let’s be honest, I’m grabbing Chick-Fil-A!
