When I became a mom I instantly became concerned with labels. Funny how things change when you are looking after another human life other than your own. Ingredients became important and I have strived to give them only what they need without all of the extras. So, when my kids are sick I try to take the less is more approach when it comes to meds. No wonder our family has been a long time consumer of Little Remedies® products over the years. They have the same exact philosophy.
It all started when Graham (now 5) was a tiny little thing. A doctor told us that it would be a good idea to use a saline solution to clean out his nose in order to keep him free from germs and possible ear infections. I started purchasing the Little Remedies® for Noses and using them daily on Graham. Fast forward to Davis and we are implementing the same on him. Granted, kids do not like it at first, but it is a routine they began to become familiar with as time goes on. When the boys come down with coughs I run for the Little Remedies® Honey Elixir. You see, they make products that you would whip up in your kitchen using common ingredients that we are all familiar with. I love making my own Elderberry Syrup because I can purchase herbs in bulk and save. But, for things like saline and honey, Little Remedies® offers a convenient and affordable solution to my homemade care concoctions!
When those times come that you need actual medicine in order to reduce fevers, I turn to Little Remedies® again for Children’s Fever/Pain Reliever. Because Graham is intolerant to food dyes I have to be very careful of what I purchase. The Little Remedies® for Fevers™ has absolutely no food dyes, artificial flavors or alcohol. My thinking is, why not choose only what they HAVE to have?
