I couldn’t even believe my eyes a few days ago when I saw several of my friends posting pictures on Facebook of their children heading back to school. It just seems to be slipping by us so quickly this year. Graham is headed for 1st grade and couldn’t be more excited about it. I am thrilled for him, but also sad to see another summer passing us by.
With that said, I am delighted to share with you all this tasty and (hopefully) school safe recipe to add to your lunch box round-up. This is part of a sponsored campaign I have had the pleasure of working on with Kraft. These sweet little roll-ups were inspired by Graham since he loves all things that roll and does not necessarily love strawberries. That’s right, a kid who is not a huge fan of them! Well, because they are in season and because my youngest son loves them I didn’t want them to go to waste. Graham’s biggest issue with strawberries stems from the texture (all those tiny seeds). So, I came up with a solution that even he likes. If you pair these with other goodies in a lunch box you could easily have enough for two days (just cut in half and store in the fridge).

My oldest used to love the cream cheese type breadsticks that were sold in stores, but we can’t find them anymore, this is a great, healthier version, will have to make these!! Thanks for the idea.
