Fall is finally in the air in our part of town and I couldn’t be more excited! Autumn is truly my favorite season and all I really want to do is bake and make yummy treats. Oh, and craft and read. Wouldn’t it be great if we could all just take a few months off to enjoy Fall and all of its splendor? I was just telling a friend of mine the other day that this is the season that always makes me long to be a stay at home mom. I am so thankful for the part-time that I get to spend at home, but I just find that there is not enough time in the week to get all of the fun things done that I want to.
So, with all that is Fall and all of the feelings it brings bubbling out of me comes a few delicious favorites: Salted Caramel Mochas from Starbucks, Hot Fudge Cakes from Shoney’s and the Chocolate Molten Cake from Chili’s. Combine all of that together and you get what I call a Salted Caramel Mocha Mini Cake! Why mini? Well, let’s just say I could eat an entire sheet cake of this stuff. This is my version of portion control. Besides, it just looks cute.
With all of my fallish ramblings aside, here is the recipe that could easily be made even more complicated, but you know me, I like to keep it simple!
It’s ok. I understand that you must now leave this blog and venture to the kitchen. I’m right there with you my friend. I’m right there with you…
