Peter Pan Diamond Edition Coming February 5!

Peter Pan was one of those movies that I really enjoyed when I was little.  It is also one that I have been excitedly waiting to introduce to my boys.  I love action adventure type movies that are age appropriate for the little guys.  There is just something about boys that need that sense of adventure.  I always related to Wendy, but they are definitely feeling Peter Pan!

Just in time for the 50 year anniversary of the release, Peter Pan will be available on Blu-ray and DVD in the Diamond Edition.  February 5th 1953 was the original release date and February 5th 2013 will be the new release date loaded with some wonderful features that you and your family can share together for years to come.  You will see never before seen deleted footage as well as an alternate ending.  Do you love the songs that were in the original Peter Pan?  Well, there are even deleted songs available on the Diamond Edition.  Also included is Tinker Bell: A Fairy’s Tale.  Can you tell I am a little excited?!

You can purchase Peter Pan Diamond Edition in: 2-Disc DVD combo pack, 2-Disc Blu-ray  combo pack or the 3-disc Blu-ray combo pack with Digital Copy and App.  Prices will be about $29 depending upon which combo pack you purchase.

What a great idea for upcoming birthdays!

  1. This is a great movie. I need to get this for Shae because she has been asking about it non-stop. LOL. Thanks for reminding me.

  2. Oh, whoa! I may have to put this on my son’s b-day list. We are watching our way through the Disney movies, courtesy of Blockbuster’s Kid’s Movie subscription (can’t beat $4.99/mo for as many movies at you want). He LOVES Peter Pan, and now insists I call him Captain Hook (I am Mr. Smee-I won’t get into how I’m a little less than thrilled to be Mr. Smee).

  3. I just saw a commercial for that! How exciting! It looks like I need to come together with the signs so the times and buy a bluray player .. lol
