Lipstick that Doesn’t Feel like Lipstick: Grand Rouge by Yves Rocher

More than often, you will find me wearing lip gloss.  I am usually a lip gloss kind of gal.  I will wear lipstick for special occasions or when I’m feeling a little more fancy.  I was sent a few of the Grand Rouge lipsticks from Yves Rocher to try out and they have changed the way I look at lipsticks in general.

The Grand Rouge line prides itself on the moisturizing formula with which it is created.  Infused with Camellia Oil, Vitamin E and Organic Sesame, this is a lipstick that feels like lip balm!  The colors are rich and long lasting as well which is important for me.  I am usually too busy throughout the day to re-apply over and over.

My favorite colors happen to be in the pink family: Sparkling Pink, Powdery Pink and Golden Pink.  If you are looking for a pop of color go with Sparkling Pink.  Feeling a neutral day?  Go with Golden Pink.  Of course, there are many other colors to choose from that will suit you, your skin tone and your preference.  The best part is that they won’t break the bank.  $9!

These products were sent free of charge.  These are my honest opinions.  I do not post reviews on items I can’t stand behind.  Please see my terms of use for more info.

  1. I just love the idea of a lipstick that does not feel like lipstick! I am loving that red shade on the website. I am finding the closer I get to 40, the more daring I am getting with color. Thanks for sharing your review!

  2. I like the idea of not having to reapply throughout the day, lipstick generally wears off so fast!

    Thanks for the production introduction.
