Ever since I purchased my bread machine a few months ago it has been getting its fair share of work! I ended up purchasing bulk flour and baking items from Sam’s and I have been saving money as well as feeling better about what I am feeding my family. You may be thinking like myself, I really don’t spend that much money per month on bread, but then think about all of the other things you make or use (buns, rolls, dough, cake, etc) and it starts to add up.
The only problem I had with making my own bread was cutting it. I never could seem to get it thin enough to where Graham would like it for lunch. I knew a bread cutter would be a good idea, but I really just didn’t want one more thing cluttering up my kitchen and taking up room. I stumbled across the Bread Pal and I am so glad I did!
The Bread Pal is the first foldable bread cutter I have seen. It actually folds down to about 2 inches in height which makes it perfect for the cabinet where we store our bread products. I appreciate that it isn’t taking up valuable space in our home. Just pull the sides out slightly and fold back down when you are done. The plastic spacer holds the bread in place and the slots in the Bread Pal help guide your knife for the perfect slice of bread. One thing to note is that you need to use a long knife and keep the knife completely inside the slots in order to get the best results. The Bread Pal also has a larger size so that you can fit larger loafs inside. This is a good feature, but can also make smaller loaves move around a bit. Make sure to hold your bread on the end in order to keep it secure.
The Bread Pal is owned and operated by a family which makes me happy to support! They also offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied which is always good to know. It is nice when a company stands behind their product. The Bread Pal retails for $49.95 and is worth your money if you make a great deal of homemade bread like our family.
The Bread Pal was sent to us free of charge. These are my honest opinions on the product. I do not post reviews on items I cannot stand behind. See Terms of Use for more info.

Hi! Thanks for the review. The current pricing (3/1/15) of this item is $62.00 plus nearly $10 S&H on Amazon and the Bread Pal site. 🙁 Having a hard time deciding if it is worth that much!

That does seem pretty pricey!
